We arrived into Florence and realised we hadnt checked how to get to the hotel from the Railway Station. As Milan had bamboozled us geographically, we're expecting the same thing in Florence. So we jump into a cab and the driver makes a big fuss about the address. Thirty seconds later we're at the hotel...it would probably have taken us fifteen seconds to walk!!! Doh!! We've woken up at about 7.30am..it's pretty quiet in the Milan suburbs, it looks like it's going to be another nice day.
