Despite the late fun of last night, we manage to get up early enough and go through the routine of getting all the gear together, shower etc. As we're roughly on time I think it's better that we dont get on the tram to Centrale Station and opt for a Cab. There were a few taxis lined up outside Garibldi Train Station and we got lucky by choosing the right one. Our man spoke English, rode Moto Guzzi motorcycles, was scrupulously honest and had studied in Devon during Mrs. Thatcher's reign in the 1980's. Despite the boozines of our liquid lunch yesterday, we'd managed to have an early night and so it was an early start. 7.30am.showered, then breakfast. We pack the bags and do the usual lugging of the gear down the stairs. We thank the family for their great hospitality and check out. It's fun lugging the gear down the 200 steps down to the port.
