hello from yet another place in new zealand!!! we are in Rotarua and have travelled through Taupo since i last updated...Taupo was amazing...beautiful lake and tiny little town...visited the hot springs - amazing scenes of mud pools too - the area is volcanic and the steam pertrudes through the earths surface! amazing! travelled to Rotarua 2 days ago - done so much again in such little time! zorbing - get inside a giant inflatable ball filled with water and roll down a hill!! crazy but so funny! ; ) went white water rafting and plummeted over the 7metre waterfall!! survived and had the best time! wasnt gouing to do that but so pleased i did! yesterday afternoon went to the polynesian spas - voted top 10 in the world! couldve stayed in there all day...apparently the massages were amazing! went for a thai meal last night which was my 1st encounter of thai food! bug thumbs up! ; ) and today we are travelling to Auckland...cant wait to see another big city and some more of the north island and beautiful new zealand...gotta run now to get my bus but speak soon...hope all is well...Georgie x x x
