Hello everyone! Hope everyone is well, thanks so much for my messages I still love to read them. Hi nanny, thanks for ure message, miss you lots too. Now you have been flying on your own you can travel round like me! Here we go..........................! Since Surfers Paradise we moved up to Brisbane, only had 1 day there because it is another city but it was really nice and the weather was good. We walked to the artificial lagoon which was a bit weird to see in a middle of a city but nice. Because the kids are off school here there was lots of peple around and nice little stalls with jewellary etc... We also opened up bank accounts for when we work, so so much easier and simpler than England! After Brisbane we travelled up to Noosa, really nice, quite posh small town. Again nice weather which was really nice and we met up with Kate and Charlotte to watch the Enlgand game - boo! :( so tired next day cause for us it didnt start till 1.30am! Next day me and Mel were very spontaneous and decided to book up our Fraser Island trip for the next week. We went with a company called Beaches which had been recommended to us and booked in to go the next day! we travelled up to Hervey Bay later that day to prepare for Fraser. Fraser Island, well what can i say! It was the best thing I've done so far. It is so beautiful - indescribable. We went in a 4x4 and self drove. So much fun, we got stuck in sand a few times but it was funny. The beaches and lakes are just so amazing. We went in a group of 9 - and so the best group on the island! I'll reel off the names for you - me, mel, sarah, keira, laura, pedi, aiden, dan and jon. We had a music player so it made just that little bit better. There is some gorgeous photos on there too. After Fraser me and mel decided it was probably time to start thinking about getting some work to replace all the money we have spent! So we have travelled quite further up the coast now. Instead of getting on the bus for about the millienth time! We jumped in with Dan and Jon in their yellow camper van - the best way to travel and such a giggle! We stopped over 1 night at Rockhampten - not much to say about the place really and then we moved up to Airlie Beach which was yesterday and that is where we are now! Quite a small place - total party place so we are loving it! Had big night out last night and is now feeling it but it is all good fun. Having the best time and am not looking forward to working but you gotta do what you gotta do i suppose! We was planning on doing fruit picking but at the moment work is slow so we are planning to stay in Airlie and work in a bar or a cafe or something like that until we can move up a bit further to fruit pick. Missing everyone loads still but couldnt be happier. Loads of love to everyone and big hugs G xxx
