After taking the night bus back up to Santiago, I arrived at 7am and had to catch the metro to head to the hostel only problem was it was peak hours so with my pack and my bag I had to cram into the tiny metro with what would be way too many people I had my back against the far wall to protect my pack and my bag on my front but the only trouble with that was getting off...I ended up having to get off 2 stops past the one I was ment to then had to switch lines and go back the other way to get off at the right place.

After checking into the hostel I grabed my notebook and laptop and started planning and running numbers for costs. I eventually had a rough idea and booked my flight home in about 3 weeks time.

The second day I spent in Santiago I headed to the mall and spent the day walking around and doing some shopping and then headed back tot he hostel and contunied planning.
