I didn't get out of my bed until about 10 o'clock the diving yesterday really took it out of me. I didn't really have any plans today, so I'm just going to chill out, and relax. I looked out the window to find the weather hasn't changed and still rubbish. I said good bye to the 2 Danish guys that were leaving to Melbourne and went back to sleep, I wasn't on my own in the dorm now.

I woke up again at 12, the weather hasn't improved so I pack a day bag, and went to explore cairns city! I first stopped at the lagoon. I was going to go for a swim, but there was no where to keep my bag dry, so I moved on. Booked a couple of tours for Friday and Saturday. Went and got some lunch from Woolworth! It's a supermarket over here. I just decided to head back to the hostel. Eat my lunch and use the free computers with Internet access. I booked my hostel in Mission Beach my transport is already booked, so I'm leaving cairns sunday. That will be nearly a week of my Australia time done.

I just had a chilled afternoon, and retuned to the centre as the dorm was getting on my nerves, it really does stink. They need to get it updated, a fresh lick of paint, cleaners to actually clean. It's like they think it's a hostel, who cares. Fingers crossed I don't stay anywhere else like this. I found a travel agent place with free wifi, so sat there for an hour as it was a change of seen. Looked over some of the guide books and they have Nando's! I haven't had one in so long... It didn't disappoint! Just as good as back home. I then had a walk around the front, before going back to my stinking dorm. I only have 3 more nights here. And I'm busy 2 days with tours! :-)

Good news I've checked the weather and it's looking like its going to improve over the weekend, and be sunny! Today's blog is short, but I've not done anything! :-) tomorrow should be better. Pat's favoute Cable Car!! NOT!
