We arrived at Byron Bay following another 2 hour coach trip and much to ourr surprise the rain had once again followed us down from the previous place! It piddled it down for the first day and much of the second day.
Byron Bay is a small beach side town which has a lot of hippies and strange shops. Despite this the place was really relaxed and once the rain had decided to clear up we spent a couple of days at the beach. The waves at the beach were pretty big and Sarah lost her bikini top much to her embarrasment .
Our Hostel was fairly clean and we were once again sharing a room with two Norwegians and a German. A multicultured experience.
At night we went to a couple of 'top' bars. One had a wet t-shirt competition where a girl from Ratby won. The Other was a little bit more respectable and they had a decent band playing every night.
We had another really good time in Byron Bay. It was probably my favourite place in Australia so far! Would love to go back.
