Hey everybody, its a Friday evening and we are stuck in the hostel, being under 21 whats that all about! Its been an awesome day, San Francisco is beautiful! One of my favourite cities in the world! Theres such a nice atmosphere about this place that, everybody is really nice and friendly and theres lots to see and do!
It was a very early start this morning just after 6am, after the chinese girl dropped her bag on my head while i was asleep, nice work! Haha, shes been in the same clothes for days and seems to have lived in the room for just over 2 days, she stinks, and so does the room thanks to her wet towels! Lols, never mind, i get to meet all these different people all at the same time!
Anyways, pancakes again this morning,bit of experimentation raisins this time, very nice! Seem to have a natural talent for making them always come out nice =D.....after breakfast we headed out with our alcatraz tickets and took the tram out to pier 31! Really nice weather today, just a tshirt and jumper, rather than a coat, took the ferry over, i wasnt disappointed but it didnt live up to my expectations! Took some good photos and had a nice time, next we headed up to pier 39-shopping! Yeaaaah, had some of my usa budget left so was a good excuse to do some shopping, new hoodie etcetc and of course the gifts for all you people! Haha, bloody fridge magnets!
Had a bit of lunch at bubba gumps-love you forrest gump! Haha, nice lunch, expensive!
Bit more shopping, and then onto Fishermans Wharf, lots of crabs! Haha, anyways, long stroll across the piers, and then we took the rather steep walk up to Lombard street about 6 blocks away up vertical hills-nice! After this, we had lots to do for tomorrow, flying home and to new zealand etc-so about 15 blocks walk home again up those lovely hills we headed back to the hostel! and so here we are.....just finishing some washing, and a bit of packing! =D checking flights etcetc....and so ready to flight out tomorrow, not looking forward to the 13 hour flight, but a break yes! Haha.....will update you on monday evening about my planned adventure!!! xxxx
