Hey everybody, this is a bit of a catch up on my blog, i have been a bit lazy and enjoyed myself and ran out of time to update this thing! Thought i had better get round to it!
So going back on myself we arrived in LA on Sunday morning-early and very hot, 26 degrees!! Aaaaaah!
My first impressions werent good, and the overall feel of this city i just didnt like at all! Never mind i can say been there, done that, and also i suppose got the tshirt-another story!
Started our stay in LA at Banana Bungalow located in West Hollywood, great location! Arrived too early so had a free breakfast, checked in, hit the shower, and then out we went! We took the bus up to Hollywood Blvd the main touristy bit! We walked from the start of the stars until we reached a street filled with tramps and we didnt recognise any of the names, walking back on the other side, we went over to the Chinese Theatre (famous hand and footprints!), my favs were defo Adam Sandler and his DC prints, Arnold Schwarzegger, "i'll be back" and finally Tom Hanks a personal fave! We headed to the Snow white bar for lunch and then headed to the Kodak Theatre, and some of the shops =D....including the tacky souvenior ones! Headed back to the hostel after a long day!

Day 2-Took the Banana Bungalow Tour of Hollywood, took in the Hollywood sign pretty cool, taking photos in front of it! Again onto Hollywood Blvd, and then onto the celebs houses, not a great sight just different gates! Catherine Zeta Jones, Tom Hanks, Paris Hilton, some of the ones i can remember! Next onto Santa Monica, it was throwing it down with rain, so Jimmy Burgers for lunch and we avoided the shops and went into a place where they have free massage chairs and spent the rest of the dinner hour just chilling! Next onto Venice Beach-Pacific Ocean! Rodeo Drive, and Sunset Blvd =D heading back to the hostel. (Spotted Suzanne Shaw and JK on Hollywood Blvd!)

Day 3 in La! We needed a chill day! So we took the hostel shuttle out to Universal Studios, a lot different to what i was expecting but so much better! Our friends Hil's as we call her, we met in Flagstaff and she arrived coinsidence at the same hostel in La so she tagged along with us all day, and organised us which was pretty cool! Nice break! Cool stuff, Wisteria Lane was closed for filming so just have a photo of the start of it! Simpsons ride was amazing, and the tshirt from LA has Marge Simpsons on it =D.....Mummy Ride and Jurassic Park all pretty cool! Had photos taken with the simpsons, shrek and i avoided the scary spongebob!
Headed back to the hostel, where we have a tramp in our room, well she smells like one anyway! Packed up for the evening, and ready for an early start!

Yay im up to date now...so today started for me just after 4am when Hannah, said Fi whats the time for the millionth time! Felt like it! Showered and packed up, bundled into a taxi up to the station where we caught a bus, train and then another bus! Photo above is our sight as we came into San Fran! Defo one of my favs of the trip, not that its my birthday or anything tomorrow! But hey, great atmosphere and the bus driver just dropped us off outside the hostel which is pretty cool! Heading on San Fran tour tomorrow, and then Bubba Gumps for birthday tea i think! Off to do some washing for a change lol! =D Thanks for all the birthday money, wishes and also your messages!
