Last night was a rough night. I woke up in the middle of the night and was sick. After this I was able to get back to sleep but my stomach was cramping a lot. En route there was a local town doing a demonstration so the road was blocked and we had to drive through the farms for a bit. Another early start today but it's for a good reason, para gliding. I had a small amount of toast and the we walked a couple of km to the meeting point where we met Diego. Day 2 in La Paz, I woke up feeling s*** this morning with a headache ?altitude sickness ?dehydration. Maybe I should mention the hotel room has no window so it gets really stuffy overnight.
