Tao Philippines Expedition Palawan, Philippines Dec 11, 2012 Tao Philippines Breakfast The guys made the coconut bowls in front of us in about 10 minutes with cool machetes. We drank the coconut juice. Then shredded the coconut flesh with a papaya peeler. The type that peels and creates tubes. Like coconut worms :) Then add porridge, warm sweet potato, caramelised plantain papaya and other fruit. Goodness this was a proper island breakfast. Divine and addictive.
