Breakfast on Bass island. Some left over dried shrimp were found for Nik who was a huge fan. These had been drying in the sun all day and the fish salty taste had amplified considerably :) a tricky flavour for the early morning :)

Tao Philippines Expedition Breakfast on Bass island I love jackfruit. No ifs or buts. It's like a mango and pineapple mix. Ignore the white pithy bits unless it's cooked as they are rather stringy and bitter. The stones are cool and look like conkers.
