All happened in the inner market. Never seem such focus. Unbelievable knife skills. Can fillet one of these tuna ( bigger than me they are) faster that I can peel a clementine. The knives are amazing too. Start off with one about length of your arm then for the final bit it is longer than your leg, the full hip to toe :).
