The was only one snapper so we also had this local fish. Tasted like talapia but not sure of the name. Snapper was definitely lighter and tastier. Both delicious though :)

Ate in cocos tonight. Freshly caught red snapper with bbq'd potatoes and garlic bread. I could eat this every day easily.

Ed had a tasty baguette with bacon and eggs.

In the capital for a v short night. On bus and boat for over 13 hrs and haven't eaten as is our bus routine :) Went to a Chinese restaurant that was packed. It had a massive wet market or fish display area so it's all fresh :) We ordered too much food forgetting that Chinese restaurants give massive portions. Portion size in Laos was normal.
