Lemon pepper salad Again the Kampot pepper. Sauce was sugar pepper oil salt lemon (their limes). Simple veg. Will try to make this. It's a perfect marinade.

Vi ki mao spaghetti. A Thai dish with Kampot pepper. Right type of hot for me. When your mouth is all tingly but you can taste the next bite. A truly divine dish to try at home. One of the guys saw my big pile of peppercorns at the end and just ate the whole thing!!!

Must be the oil they use and of course the eggs are free range but these wok fried eggs were light and full of flavour.
