Second course breakfast

Seriously sweet and indulgent desserts style breakfast. If there was any doubt you were on holidays it would be gone now!

Sort of like a brioche pudding with egg and banana and bathed in maple syrup.

I could only manage a few bites but they were extremely tasty bites.
