Back in Miami to pick up our bags from the hotel We had a few hours and decided to go back to Bolivar. The brilliant Colombian restaurant. Patacones de carne Green fried plantain with slow cooked tomato chicken. Must make these. They are awesome. !

British airways Dessert. Chocolate cake with raspberry coulis and vanilla icecream. Velvety smooth. Really rich. The icecream and fruit accompaniments were essential. Which I love in a dessert. I love when you have to eat all parts of it together. Just makes it feel more indulgent putting all the parts on your spoon. In my case a small spoon.

British airways The opulence. Even the starter had this tasty pre dessert of two discs. One pure dark chocolate. The other a caramel filled milk chocolate disc. The sort if chocolate that is just the right thickness that breaks perfectly and has a satisfying crunchy snap if you know what I mean.

British airways Mustard steak with a pumpkin side and roasties. The starters on the plane were exceptional. I ended up getting the brown rice and then the crayfish. Ed had this steak which was still impressive to be eating up in the air but would have been disappointing in a restaurant.
