Eds fish pappardelle. This restaurant freshly makes its pasta every day. They were doing a fodors tv shoot when we were in.
This dish is something I have to cook again.
Fresh pasta. Pan fried fish. Butter breadcrumbs and summer vegetables.
I particularly liked the roughly chopped Spring onions. Made it all feel like it had just been happily thrown together. When of course it has been so carefully planned.
