The pan gave out tonight so scrambled eggs it was ! Omelettes not meant to be cooked in the loft it appears !

Tasty though- happy eggs, onion tomato and parsley. Then a bit of pan con tomate (with lovely powerful garlic) and a lettuce avocado and onion salad.
