Superbowl night

Spanish tortilla didn't want to work due to lack of potatoes and crazy hot unajustable (?) electric hob and cheap pan. But rather than blame the tools (which of course I've just done !) I made a muddled onion and potato pan dish !

Really rather tasty.

Also some guacamole with tomato and onion as I had them and wanted to use them up.

The avocados here like in Chile are divine. Want to just eat them on their own. Also they go really far. One bowl of the dip was only one avocado quarter tomato and quarter onion. !
