La Florentina restaurant Mendoza

Pork steak with caramelised carrots and apricots. (called Damascus)

Steak had was bbq'd and had that crisp burst smoky top layer which was also smothered in lemon thyme and sweet carrot. The meat was so tender so soft and the carrots tasted sweet and smoky too.

Definitely recommend this restaurant.

We drank kaiken ultra 2009 which sounded great but with 15% alcohol over powered the meal.

Still a super super evening.
