Langostinas in a cane sugar with bulgar wheat and micro greens.
Sweet sauce and perfectly cooked juicy prawns. Omg. What a dish. New fan of bulgar wheat which has more substance and bite than cous cous. It has a slightly nutty flavour.

Irish embassy in Buenos Aires had a St Patricks Day party. We went and enjoyed delicious mini chipper fish and chips, smoked salmon and diced red onion, Irish stew and mini burgers Jameson and champagne and Guinness. Thank you Ireland :)
