Hi,

On the tues morning we caught the ferry to Langkawi Island. The boat took about three hours and actually wasnt that bumpy! Unforunately Claire but her pack near the edge of the boat and by the time we got there it was soaked!

Apart from relaxing and subathing on the amazing beaches for a couple of days there isnt much to add! On a bit of a cloudy day though we did venture to the Langkawi cable car which is about 700m above sea level. The views from the top were amazing and you could more or less see most of the coast and the Islands greenery.

I think rainy season is about to begin. Its right near Thailand and it has started there so it makes sense. In the morning at dawn the weather would be beautiful and then at about ten it would rain for two hours and then stop and be boiling hot again! When it was raining it just gave me a chance to catch up on my sleep!
