Me again, sorry for 2 blogs in quick succession but making the most of easy wifi

So we have been thoroughly enjoying hotel life: someone else to make breakfast, a fridge (cold, white wine at last), standing up to cook dinner, a dishwasher, own toilet and shower, sofa to sit on . . . you get the picture!

Today we took the metro into Munich, it's been raining most of the day so we had a look at the main square Marianplatz and saw the glockenspiel clock tower with animated figures on the hour. Then we went to the Deutsche Museum, which is a huge, 6 floored science museum - we were there over 4 hours and didn't cover it all. James loved it, all the stronomy stuff as well as new technology and I was utterly bamboozled and didn't understand much at all (science really isn't my strong subject) however I did get a tiny nap in whilst lying back to look at something about the Big Bang lol!!

We had been hoping to find somewhere to eat on the walk back to the hotel however the one restaurant was closed and the only places open on the way back were brothels and I'm not sure they are known for their cuisine, so we ended up with an omelette in the room!

Tomorrow we are moving towards Stuttgart and hoping for another lakeside campsite as hot weather is predicted for the next few days. I think it's the same at home, so enjoy :) x x
