Today I was a lazy lump and had a relaxing day at home. I organised some of the things that I want to send home into a pile and threw lots of rubbish out. Heidi and Frans went out to a BBQ dinner so we had a quiet night and just had an easy dinner. I had some yoghurt and then got hungry again later on so made a piece of toast and had some cheese too. We spent the day in Amsterdam with Laille. She flies back to London tomorrow morning so is staying the night at a hotel in Amsterdam again. The train into Amsterdam is quite expensive (€15 return) so I think this will possibly be the last time that we go in. We bought a 24 hour ticket for the tram for €7 too, as we thought it would make it a bit easier to get around everything in one day. Today Heidi and Frans took us for a day trip to Rotterdam. It took us a bit over an hour to drive there, so slightly further than to Amsterdam. When we arrived there we parked the car and went on a river cruise. The river cruise took an hour and a half. When the bar opened the boys ordered a beer and the rest of us bought ice creams. This morning we met Laille at the train station in Amersfoot. She's got accommodation booked in Amsterdam until Sunday morning, but is coming to stay with us for a couple of nights. Today we went into Amsterdam with Daniella and Steve. Daniella drove most of the way and then we caught a tram into the city. We were walking down one of the main streets in Amsterdam when we bumped into Laille. She was meant to come out to Heidi and Frans' house today, but decided to stay in Amsterdam for another night and catch the train to Amersfoot tomorrow.
