Day 31 Tuesday 22nd July Cobbold Gorge Cobbold Gorge 'village', where we are staying, is on a private cattle station. The owners have opened it up to tourism because they have the beautiful Cobbold Creek and Gorge on their property. The gorge can only be accessed by a guided tour and we had booked on the 10am tour. Day 30 Monday 21st July Undara to Cobbold Gorge (240km) There was surprisingly little dew this morning, but it was cold prior to sunrise. We had time for pancakes, and we were still on the road prior to 8am!! On leaving the access road from Undara, we turned left (west), .....we had not driven this way before. This road is part of the Savannah Way....the road from Cairns to Broome!.... and we passed through the small town of Mt Surprise on the way to Georgetow...
