Day 24 Tuesday July 15th Cape Tribulation We have had a very nice day today. There was no rain overnight, but there were a few showers around 8am. After breakfast we decided to take a 1hour 'Croc Cruise' along the Cooper Creek. We were able to make a booking at the campground for the 10.30am cruise. We drove to the cruise location...approx 20 mins...the sun was shining and we only had a few other people on board. We saw four crocodiles in all, and a tawny frogm...

Day 23 Monday 14th July Cape Tribulation It rained in the night! Several brief showers. This is the first rain that we have had,since leaving home a little over 3 weeks ago! By morning it had stopped and we took our cup of tea down to the beach....it was too cloudy for the sunrise. Day 22 Sunday 13th July Palm Cove to Cape Tribulation via the Daintree River Ferry (120km) Needless to say, the movie was not to our taste and so after our evening stroll, which was not that pleasant this evening....too windy, we spent a couple of evening hours making more plans and reading.
