It only took just over an hour to get here today, it is over 25 degrees and really hot!! This is one of our favourite stops from Brisbane, its a small beachtown near the whitsundays that has this nice laggoon right by the beach, and lots of parrotts, which are really loud!! We found a campsite right in the main street and by the lagoon and sea. So we pulled up there, had some lunch then went over and sunbathed in the lagoon for a while!! There were loads of people sunbathing and sitting around here, it has a really chilled atmosphere. Mike went in the Lagoon for a while but it was too cold for me, lol, so of course I stood on the edge and played ball with Mike!!

Later on we took a walk down the main street, going in to the beachy shops etc. We went to the bottleshop and got a bottle of red wine and a couple of beers to have with our dinner! We headed back to camp, got a shower and started dinner which we were really looking forward to as we had got some bargain kebabs from Coles. It turned out they were pretty rank and the chicken was clearly all the scraps, we should have known with them being a dollar each!! So we chucked them and had planned to eat later but after both having some drinks we were so tired we fell asleep by 9!!
