Weather: sunny with few clouds
30degrees at 8.30 am

Arrived in Bangkok after what felt like the longest journey ever of two 6 hour flights along with a 3 hour stop over in Dubai (airport was massive!!) We were both so exhausted from travelling all we wanted was to sleep and eat food!
After getting through the airport and waiting what felt like forever for our luggage to come around we made our way out feeling the heat for the first time 30 degrees at 8.30am!!! We hired some posh taxi service, our journey was just over an hour on the way being stuck in the biggest traffic jams I ever seen, was not nice when all we wanted to do was sleep!
Eventually reaching and finding the hotel we checked in and were shown to our very very basic room! We dumped our stuff on the floor and fell asleep for a few hours straight away, waking up realising then that we should contact our mums to let them we did make it here okay!! Up and ready we got making our way out of the hotel to explore the streets of Thailand for the first time along with eating our first Thai meal!! (Doms in the cover photo). Walking up and down the different streets bumping into the same Thai men trying to sell you different things, some who were very keen to sell dom a tailored suit!
We may have ventured a little far from our hotel and in the end found it difficult to find our way back but we made it back okay just sweating massive amounts from the heat!!!
