we arrived in pai after a 3 hour rough ride in the mini bus by the end we were both feeling very green but we arrived in one piece!!
We were staying in a bungalow and it was really amazing!! We had a hammock on the porch outside (we constantly fought over it) and a great view of the river! Really was so nice and for the rest of the day we just chilled out!
Our time in pai was really just about chilling out! We spent a lot of time stuffing our faces, reading and just generally relaxing.
We did however manage to get out and about a couple times and went to visit a strawberry farm, sold and made a huge variety of (you guessed it) strawberry products. We also visited pie canyon which was like a mini Grand Canyon and also a very cool thing to see!
On our last and final day we decided to visit a view point which had a giant white Buddha at the top, I wasn't feeling to well but Emma had her mind set and we came to what must of been a million stairs, I was not happy but by the time we reached the top and I'd managed to dry the Nigeria falls that was my sweat off my face I thought it was actually worth it. With the giant Buddha and a view of the whole of pai! That night we went and ate some amazing jacket potatoes topped with pretty much everything you could think of, which we grew to love during our time in pai, So good! And then that was that, we were off to koh tao along with having a one night stop over in Bangkok to break up our journey! (16 hours to Bangkok)
