Another early morning, after maximum four hours sleep the alarm woke us up. Time to go to Malaysia! Around 7am the mini bus picked us up and we drove to Hinyak where we ate some lunch and changed to another bus. We arrived around 16.30 pm to Penang after a long wait at the border. Emelie got stuck a little longer again at the passport control since her hair is short now and long on her passport. It's the third time now but she may always pass which is good.

We got a lift to our hostel and all we needed to do was to find a ATM so we could pay it. It was easier said then done! First the woman in the reception told us one way, we walked but couldn't find it so we asked another man who gave us a different description. That one we found, but it couldn't take our card since it wasn't Visa. So we asked a woman at the bank and she told us to go to the public bank so we went there. Did it help? No! The ATM machine kept spitting out our cards all the time. So we asked another man at that bank and he told us to go to an HSBC bank around the corner that would take Visa cards. Now we were really hungry and tired! But we needed money so we started walking. We finally saw the sign and went inside, and it worked! We finally had some money and on the way back to the hostel we walked by a nice restaurant so we ordered pizza and also got chicken wings and roasted garlicbread beside as a snack , yummy! Now we are in our room, planning the trip to Kuala Lumpur and what we would like to do tomorrow during our sightseeing in Penang. Night!
