Welcome to our little travel blog for "Hawaii Four-O", the big adventure to celebrate the two of us turning 40. Yep, I said it out loud, I'll say it again - 40! ;) (Although I will point out that Chay is 25 days older than me, just sayin'...) car rentals are nearly always cheaper in the US on line. You can book it without any commitment to go through with it, check out what they offer there and if on line is a better deal say, oh I have already booked it for less, here's the booking number :-) They told us if we book on line and don't follow through its no big deal, it just expires without anyone really even knowing it had happened unless it's activated by you.

Well sounds like a horrible flight, hate those delays, but I guess we all experience them. The hotel sounds grat with lots to do, and sitting back with a nice wee cocktail at the end of the day would be very relaxing and exactly why we go on holiday. Hope you enjoy your helicopter flight. xxxxx

I remember taking you and Iain into big surf in Hawaii and you got filled up with sand. I wouldn't do that again, I just didn't realise how danderous it was.
