Day 301 (Wednesday 1st October 08) Went of a walk first thing along the river and then through the town. Had some breakfast and read our books for a while. Then made our way onto Port Macquarie. Day 300 (Tuesday 30th September 08) Woke up to find someone else had pulled up in the area we were sleeping and set up their tent. Started to rain and was still very early so we read our books for a while before we headed along the highway to The Honey Place. Day 299 (Monday 29th September 08) Used the internet quickly again in the morning and then checked out. Went and parked by the marina and walked out and up onto one of the Solitary Islands. A nice view back over Coffs Harbour. Saw our first snake in the wild only just off the path. The couple that told us about the snake said they thought it was a tiger snake. Day 298 (Sunday 28th September 08) Made the most of the campervan park for the morning enjoying the sunshine. Had a look around Grafton and then headed south along the coast stopping at Sawtell for some lunch then Woolgoolga, Emerald beach, Moonee beach and Sapphire beach. Ended up in Coffs Harbour. Day 297 (Saturday 27th September 08) Woke up to find them setting up a market along by us, lucky we hadn't parked in the park where they were!
