21st july

ok on the bus from latterbrunen to munich wasnt really that long. we arrived in munich around 4pm which is really one of the shortests trips we have had. arrive there and once again stacey checked into the hostel and i was already waiting upstairs for her to collect me and show me what room and what bed we are sharing again. these beds in this hostel are pretty big for single beds too so we only booked one.

we did a quick internet visit to book more accomadation and to see who has mailed me then met a group of people who work on busabout to go out for an authentic pork knuckle, which was the biggest peice of greasy meat i have seen in a long time, sided with dumplings and oily potatoes. i dont know how i will be eating this food everyday in oktoberfest.

after a few laughs and a coupld of apple ciders we called it another night, after using someone elses free internet back at the hostel to book accomadation for greece, worried that it all might of been booked out. luckly got bed everywhere we wanted. back to our dorm to share another bed with stacey. we are only staying here only 1 night again because we are trying to get to the greek islands quickly and we will be back here to see the town properly at oktoberfest in september.

that morning somethin really bizzar happened to me, i woke up with my bag having someone elses lock fully closed on my bag. after freaking out for at least 20 mins i calmed down abit to be able to explain to reception what had happened. they asked me if i could prove it was my bag, funny enough it was locked how the hell could i prove the contents inside were mine so they can cut the lock open. lucky enough i remembered my toothbrush was in the front pocket so i used it infort of the reception dude. convinced trhat it was my bag he used the biggest bolt cutters i have ever seen to cut MY bag open. from then on i am pretty much sleeping ontop of my bag and being loads more careful with what i leave around ahahaha, at least i can laugh about it now.
