Arrived in Bangkok. Got a tuk tuk to the Grand Palace, which has the most amazing, intricate and slightly garish buildings. Had a little pray in a temple and took millions of pictures. Booked up trekking in Chaing Mai, two full days of trekking and sleeping for one night in the jungle. Bangkok is a mad place passed two elephants walking down the street earlier. Tried lots of Thai dishes and Chang the local lager althouh you don't want to eat or drink so much its so hot, can I hear violins. Ko Samet 2morrow for two days, staying in a beach hut. Hope all good back home, it is very stressful!!!!!!!!!!
