The Hoi An I remember is here but you have to look for it. There are crowds, sellers and noise but if you look the beautiful buildings are still there.

I went round several today and they were empty - most of the crowd just wanted a selfie in front of the building!! The best visit was the Precious Heritage Art Gallery Museum - it is basically a museum of ethnic minority’s costumes. What makes it so special are the photographs by Rehahn (a French photographer) - They are fantastic.

I also ordered 3 shirts/blouses to be made for me. I threw 3 of my old ones away. When you travel light if you buy something - something has to go.

Visit Hoi An but be prepared for crowds.

The hotel put on a party for their guests this evening which was lovely.
