From Luang Prabang we headed to Phonsavanh to see the strange historic sight of The Plain of Jars - huge sandstone boulders tunneled out into jar/urn shapes, which there are photos of on here. Our second day in Luang Prabang and we have spent it seeing the remainding Wats that we missed yesterday and climbing Phu Si hill to overlook the town (amazing that you can barely see the houses and buildings for all the surrounding greenery and forest - contrast to Thailand).
