Sorry no photos today! We're at the training ranch now and internet time is limited! Yesterday was our last day in Brisbane, so we went to the koala sanctuary during the day. Had to pay $16 dollars to cuddle a koala but decided it was worth it. While you waited they had the 'celebrity' photos on display, turns out people from the pope to slipknot like koalas! We didn't do much in the evening, just packed for the early start.

Today we got picked up from the hostel in the morning then taken to the head office to fill in some forms and sign scary legal disclaimers basically saying that it was our own stupidity if we got hurt, which apparently is quite likely from the horror stories we've been told so far! The place we stay is in the middle of nowhere, but probably actually in quite a busy area for Oz (there are a whole 4 houses in this town!) Still, we were taken to the nearby town which has a bar, supermarket etc so all is well. We went to a shop and got kitted up for the ranch, so we are now all looking stylish in jeans, boots, checked shirts and leather hats! We saw the farm for a short while today but the work starts properly tomorrow. Horses and motorcycles. I'm excited!
