The past 3 days have been an incredible experience. There are hundreds of different boat experiences you can go on, and we chose the SV Whitehaven, which is an Eco Safari boat. We've had a relatively quiet few days, passing through a number of uninspiring towns, such as Hervey Bay and Rockhampton. After a very long overnight bus we arrived at 7 o clock Saturday morning in Airlie Beach, a very lively little town that is the gateway to the Whitsunday Islands where we are off to tomorrow morning for 3 days!
