Tomorrow we leave Queenstown, and make our way to Mount Cook. So far we have been in Queenstown for 3 days, and it's been nice to have some time to chill, sleep in and get ourselves sorted. Before arriving in Queenstown we stayed a night in Wanaka where we has 'bus wars' with another bus company called Kiwi Experience involving various challenges in the bar! Stray won of course.

Yesterday we climbed Queenstown Hill which gave stunning 360 degree views of the city so despite being insanely steep, it was well worth it. Today we have had a day trip to Milford Sounds. It's a 4 hour drive away so left the hostel at 6:40am on a coach trip and they stopped for various photo opportunities. When we arrived we had a 2 hour cruise around the fjord area. Very beautiful and we saw loads of seals and even a penguin that was playing in the water! Currently on the way back to Queenstown at the moment and we're going to treat ourselves to another Fergburger tonight - insanely delicious burgers that are very well known here!
