dzasta travels
We had so much fun there yesterday we are going back there again. It is snowing again this morning so it should be a good day.
Well heat wave is a relative term. When we left home we had temps in the high 30s but here we had a heatwave today at plus4 deg. It was sunny and warmish and that turns the snow into slush. The skiing was better when we first got here but we still had a lot of fun today.
We went up and down around the mountain and explored different runs, even a few more advanced runs. I managed to stack a few times but I did not fall off or under the ski lift today so that was a bonus.
Gonna try and get a video up tonight of my style if it works it was taken by Chris following me to get my style. I tried to get the others but my battery was flat. Will get some on thurs when we go again. We left our ski's at the hire shop today instead of lumping them back and forth on the bus so that made it a bit easier today. We just pick them up again on thurs when we get there.
We went out for dinner tonight. The kids found a "traditional" japanese place they wanted to try. It was terrible. We had to sit on the floor, cos its authentic, even maccas has seats then they gave us chopsticks to eat with...we had soup???. Ash and Laura both ordered vegetable and got pork.
We are going to see the snow monkeys tomorrow.
