I am headed north now with a stop at Konso to see another village. These people are not nomads and they have terraces the side of the mountains. They even built the village on a series of terraces. You walk up through a narrow walled path that reminds me of the incas of Peru. It must have taken them years to build.
After the tour my local GUI de invited me for a "beer". Another chance for a guide to take me to his family bar and make me pay way over the odds for some revolting brown liquid they call beer. I get charged double the price I would pay for a stubby of real beer. Thankfully that was the last one.
