Well I've had better days. Thankfully Boy (my son) came through for me this arvo. I was up at 2am this morning with him trying to book a couple of airtickets. I have been trying for a couple of weeks but the internet is too slow here and it times out. Finally we have it sorted and I fly out of Ethiopianto Egypt on 27th. I also had some stuff to do this morning so I was busy especially trying to track down transport out of here.
This arvo I finally got to see the major sight here, the Royal Enclosure. King Fasiladas made his palace here and what still stands of it is very impressive. Of course you can get to see all of it but what you can walk through is impressive, even if a little poorly restored by the Italians.
I leave here tomorrow to go up to Axum for a few days then Lalibela and Addis.
