Surprises in Sanur

Turns out that playing tennis is fun. Who knew?! I have always dismissed it as not something that I can or want to do.

Our hotel had some clay courts and Dann decided that he was brave enough to stand on the other side as I batted a few balls towards him - well once he had talked me through how to hit them! Doubt anyone will be coming to watch me at Wimbledon any time soon but looking forward to trying to continue learning as we go, if we find more courts.

In other surprising news, it seems that saying you're on honeymoon does not guarantee a suite upgrade, but does seem to bring a honeymoon cake, honeymoon rose petals in the (cold) bath and a honeymoon candle (!!) for the balcony.
