Three Flight Odyssey The first from Danang (half way down the Vietnamese coast) involved a good safety demonstration on the prohibited items to be taken onboard. A few hours layover in KL gave us time to peruse the duty free shops in the search for nom noms (my new favourite Malaysian crisps) to no available. I am doomed to either never eat them again or return to Malaysia some time... Overnight to Sydney was not so much fun, but at least Qantas looked after ...

In this portrait you can see me as I spent most of my time in Asia: hot and a tad sweaty, hair (quite frizzy already even only an hour into the day) up, water bottle close at hand, peering at the map to figure out where we are and where we are trying to get to... Not my best look but I enjoyed it. LZ

Opening night I've always said LZ was destined for great things. So being pictured on the red carpet was just a matter of time!! It was only a coffee shop opening, but that was perfect for Leah 'don't talk to me in the mornings till I've had my coffee' Zeto. DW

La Verticale 3 years ago we came to Ha Noi for a trip just as friends. So we returned to the posho French restaurant to bring back some memories. Sadly as we were on a budget, there was no 5 course tasting menu or $50 bottles of wine. Just a quiet romantic lunch with my bestest girl! DW

After a few days of eating in at the flat we rented in Ha Noi, we decided to live it up a little at a touristy bar overlooking the lake. LZ put her best togs on, and this was the result. Pretty stylish eh??? DW
