Donnas South American Adventure
Sucre founded in 1538 is three hours from Potosi. We went to see the Cal
Orck'o dinosaur tracks which date back 68 million years. Whilst the footprints were fascinating I was a little disappointed that we could only view them from 300 metres away. We walked around Sucres main Plaza de Mayo but as it was siesta time all museums and shops were closed. This square is the largest in Bolivia ringed with Palm and Jacaranda trees. Arrived back at Potosi at 7pm then back to Mexican Restuarant for tea. Early night tonight. It was nice to go below 3000 metres for a day.
