We are staying in the huon valley at a working farm/caravan park. Leanne and Rowan the owners were traveling around the country similar to what we are doing. When they arrived in the huon valley they never left! They bought 27acres near the town of Huonville and built amenities and fences, planted fruit trees & bought animals. The kids absolutely love it they drank milk straight from the cow and fed the pigs and chooks. Eating apples and pears straight off the tree! It's so real and inspiring here there self sufficient. they make cheese from the milk & sauces from the vegetables it's unreal!
