Today is Dad's day for blogging. We had a slow start to the day. We have had some pretty early mornings so it was great to sleep in despite the kids doing their best to make sure it was not for too long! Ayers Rock Resort has this cool Town Square with lots of shops, decent coffee and restaurants. We woke up mega early. Sadly our Sunrise Tour bus did not show up! However we did our own tour and drove to the sunrise area in our Campervan. Sunrise at Uluru is beautiful. We took a lot … a lot of photos. There were some strange people at the Sunrise area. Our favourite was an Asian tourist who decided to get up on a railing and get in everyone's photo. Dad yelled out to him "… can I have your name? I want to tag you in my photos on Facebook". ...

Today was not an early start unlike yesterday. We picked up the campervan about 10 o'clock. Our camper is a big cool van that can sleep 6 people in it. There is a ladder to get to the top beds. There is heaps of room. There is a satellite TV and also a shower and toilet. It pretty much has everything.
