It was so hot yesterday afternoon that we all felt like we were melting. It felt sooo good to be in our air conditioned room and have a shower. We dressed for dinner and experienced an evening of Flamenco. Dinner and Flamenco dancing with the traditional music and singing. The red wine is very earthy and dark but good. Don't feel like too much wine because of the heat but it was a great evening.
Even at 9:00 at night the temp was still 30 degrees. Now I understand about siesta, late dinners and people out walking later at night.
I'm becoming trilingual...jambon et oeufs; ham & eggs and now jambe et heuvos. Ha ha!
I have tried all sorts of cheeses and smoked meats from the different areas and they're mostly good. The tapas are awesome and they're great to have in the late afternoon with a Rioja or cool cerveza.
