We needed to have a lazy day so we slept in til 8:00, had a leisurely breakfast and then walked. It was nice to not have to get on a bus today.
We went to the mall and mingled with the locals. Interesting shopping in that the clothes are made for very small people (obviously not us)and it's either very expensive or very cheap both on quality and price. They do have a McDonalds though.
Just kept walking through different neighborhoods and found a little tiny restaurant to have lunch. Soup of the day and sandwiches.
Made it back to the hotel around 4:00 and relaxed for a bit. Decided to go to Pinochio restaurant for seafood rice.
We have encountered more begging here and they even go right into the restaurants. They just ignore the waiters when they try to shoo them out.
Met a couple from S.Africa when we arrived back at the hotel and they are on our cruise too.
